Splatter Exhibition in London →
Classic cartoons definitely contain dark humor based on gruesomeness and morbidness—or what the art show is calling “the plausible impossibility of death in the mind of cartoon characters.” This is precisely what Itchy and Scratchy on The Simpsons spoofed.
