“Doors” — Photography by a 20-month-old. Xander likes to press buttons of all kinds, especially the ones on my Nikon D90. Recently he discovered the shiny, silver shutter-release button and the fun sound it makes when pressed. (Until the discovery, his favorite had been the Live View button, which makes the same sound as the shutter-release button by folding up the mirror.) This shot was “taken by him” while I was holding out the camera for him to press the button. It’s quite impressive. Our—that is, Xander and my—goal is to one-up this photography exhibition by a three-year-old.
