So, political scientists are pretty sexy…

A study by an interdisciplinary group of academics analyzed student evaluations of professors on RateMyProfessors.com. Among almost forty disciplines, political science ranks fifth in average “hotness” ratings.

IPE Zone provides a nice graph of the findings.

Of course, now the question is whether 1) attractive people go into studying politics 2) studying politics makes people attractive or 3) the attractiveness measure of students taking political science classes is very skewed.
