Due to my time constraints, I scheduled both ADT and Brinks for consultations at 11AM. ADT guy called me at 10:45, saying he was running a few minutes behind. Brinks guy showed up a little after 11.
When I informed the Brinks guy that ADT was coming soon, he said he’d leave and come back later. The Brinks guy surveyed the house and started writing up a plan. The ADT guy showed up, so the Brinks guy told me he’d come back in about 30-35 minutes.
They crossed paths, cordially.
The ADT guy, rather than wanting to look at the house first, wanted to sit down and talk about big ideas first. He asked me if I would be making the decisions by myself. When I informed him that my wife would be involved, he said all three of us should meet together. After some back and forth, including my pointing out that he was already here, I relented and told him that we can reschedule. He will be back on Saturday.
